Crushing complexity.
Pegasystems is a software company that develops products for customer relationship management, digital process automation, and business process management. Our work was focused on creating a web experience for their partner program which provides members benefits, sales incentives, resources. etc. in exchange for their work in sales, development and implementation of their software. With this Partner Portal we had the opportunity to streamline a disconnected set of partner experiences and build a robust user experience that can evolve as the partner program matures.
Challenge 1
Make it easy for partners to see how they can drive revenue and grow their businessby leveraging the power of Pega Solutions. Inspire them to explore further, deeper partnership engagement by showcasing peer-partner stories of use case success they can relate with.
Challenge 2
Change current hi-touch partner behavior to more self-serve activity by supporting them in their day-to-day tasks.
Through a series of internal and client workshops, the team created a new blueprint and roadmap for the future of the Pega Partner Portal. With the support of a series of stakeholder interviews and foundational planning, the new taxonomy is laser-focused on partner needs and their business goals. The new experience is personal and data-focused to reinforce Pega’s commitment and support partner’s business growth.
Activity dashboard
The updated dashboard will be predominately data-dependent in its final phase. The dashboard will be configurable and curated to display the information a partner needs day to day — from daily data needs to the action-based information needed to be successful as a Pega partner. The data displayed will reflect Pega's growth as well as specifics to the partner company's growth.
The growth tab within the dashboard will house detailed information about company certification status, requirement tasks, Pega recommendations and other growth pathways.

Connect
The main Connect page will facilitate new partnership connections between partners and customers. It will also showcase a broad range of partner profiles to explore and assess business opportunities and connections. The hero will house a ‘partner finder’ and marketplace spotlight as well as provide users a link to search and filter as needed.

Expertise
Expertise allows partners to take advantage of knowledge within their business and sales activity. The page will be predominately Pega-produced thought leadership across all market verticals and regions. Partners will also have the ability to set their curated content preferences as well as view popular posts.
Resource library
The resource library will house all content related to partners, both Pega and partner created. When a user clicks on a ‘see all content’ call-to-action, the partner will be taken to a pre-filtered view of the associated content. The library acts as the one-stop shop for all content needs. The resource library will require an advanced backend tagging and filtering system.
